    By accessing or using FirewallDNS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the service, including registered users and visitors.

    2. Description of Service

    FirewallDNS provides DNS-based security and content filtering services. Our service includes:

    • Malware and phishing domain blocking
    • Customizable content filtering categories
    • New domain filtering for zero-day protection
    • DNS query logging and analytics
    • API access for enterprise integrations

    3. User Accounts

    To use FirewallDNS, you must:

    • Provide accurate and complete registration information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
    • Be responsible for all activities under your account
    • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to:

    • Use our service for any illegal purpose or to facilitate illegal activities
    • Attempt to bypass or circumvent our security measures
    • Interfere with or disrupt our servers or networks
    • Use our service to conduct denial-of-service attacks
    • Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
    • Register IP addresses that you do not own or control

    5. Service Availability

    We strive for 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of FirewallDNS are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    FirewallDNS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. DNS filtering cannot guarantee 100% protection against all threats.

    8. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

    10. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
