FAQ
Does DNS filtering affect game performance?
No. DNS is only used to find servers; game traffic itself is not filtered.
Does PS5 support encrypted DNS?
No.
Will this enforce parental controls?
It blocks domains in your chosen categories. Use PlayStation family settings as well.
Should I use the router instead?
Router-level DNS is easier to maintain and covers all devices.
Can children change it back?
Yes, unless system settings are restricted with family management.
